2. Why is it important to practice stress management? Because stress can cause such terrible anxiety and uneasiness inside ourselves. It is really important to do things to relieve it. Other wise it can build up to dangerous levels causing us to lose control of our tempers or other problems that are health related.

3. How often should I use stress management? It is best if you properly learn to manage stress on a daily basis this way your body and mind gets the necessary relief that it needs so that you can relax, unwind and enjoy yourself.

4. Can my health be compromised without proper stress management? Yes it can if you do not get in a habit of proper stress management then you can experience high blood pressure, stroke, heart attack, weight gain due to over eating, head aches and stomach aches as well as ulcers.

5. How do I properly relieve stress? You can easily relief stress by allowing time for breaks away from work. Exercise on a regular basis at least 3 - 5 times a week. Keep away from negative people and environments that can add to your stress levels. Balance work, rest, eating right and exercise evenly as possible every day. Learn to allow yourself to relax by not taking life so serious. Laugh a lot by watching funny show, read funny jokes and stories and also hang out with family and friends who make you laugh and have a good time.
