It amazes me to hear how many people are really stressed out and I mean like every single day. This only leads to being unhappy and it just is not the way life is meant to be lived.

1. What is stress? Stress is what you feel inside yourself when life gets out of balance. You have too much on your plate or you fall behind in your responsibilities or are not getting them done correctly. Sometimes happens when event occur that place worry or financial burden on ourselves. It is the feeling that overcomes you and you feel up tight or like your head is going to explode. It can cause your heart to race, your blood pressure to rise. It can cause muscle tension and head aches. It is definitely not a good thing especially if you allow it to build up. Stress that is not dealt with through stress management can become a health issue.

2. How does stress management work? Stress management works by alleviating those feelings of tension and pressure. By helping you to feel relaxed and at ease so that you can look forward to each moment of everyday. Instead of dreading it.

3. What actions are applied in stress management? Stress management is easy to apply in your everyday life by doing some or all of the following. Allow yourself breaks away from your work and family. You should exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week. Make sure you are getting your responsibilities done before you do other things so you do not get distracted and fall behind. Learn to manage your time. You can do this by getting a daily planner and use it to keep track of what you need to do so you do not forget. Also if you have important things scheduled in your planner do not change it unless it is absolutely necessary. Spending time with family and friends is really important to relieving stress. Because when you are having fun this releases chemicals in your brian to relax you.

Look at all the things you do every day and over a weeks time then cut back on all unnecessary things like time on the computer or watching television or being on the phone excessively. Because these particular things are time stealers and get you behind on your responsibilities.
